By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Rescheduling (you) You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session - just let me know before that window closes and we'll find a new time. Changes requested less than 24 hours before, or sessions you don't show up for, can't be rescheduled, and the fee is non-refundable. This protects the time I've set aside for you.

2. Rescheduling (me) If I need to reschedule due to illness, a family emergency, or my children being unwell, I'll let you know as soon as I can and we'll arrange a new time that works for you at no extra cost. Your session is never lost in these cases.

3. Booking your time After purchase you'll get instant access to my calendar to choose a slot that fits your life. Sessions are held over WhatsApp in voice or text, in Swedish, English, or Spanish.
